The Honeypot in Hawkshead – Purveyors of Fine Foods for over 100 years

Fiona Wilson and her family have been successfully running The Honeypot Deli shop in Hawkshead for over 15 years, continuing over 100 years tradition of retailing food from the 17th century building.

The shop is situated in the centre of the picturesque Lake District village of Hawkshead and specialises in stocking over 50 varieties of Honey, both local and from around the world.

Fiona takes great pride in sourcing and supporting small local producers, as a consequence the shop is bursting with top quality preserves, chutney’s, dressings, oils, teas , coffee, biscuits, cakes, bread, chorizo, salami, fresh and cooked meats, pies and pates, confectionery, ice cream, puddings and over 40 varieties of cheese. This is complemented by a fantastic range of food related kitchenware, china cups, beakers and cafetieres.

The Honeypot is open 7 days a week from 9am -6pm summer, 9am – 5pm winter and proud stockist of :-
